International Training Partners (ITP) is a global network of Christian workers, facilitators, and trainers from more than eighty organizations. We serve together in an informal partnership to provide practical, interactive, biblical training in interpersonal relationships for Christian workers.

ITP workshops are conducted around the world in various languages with a focus on enhancing the effectiveness of Christian workers, particularly those serving across cultures.

• Sharpening Your Interpersonal Skills Workshops (SYIS) encourage growth in biblical knowledge, godly attitudes and skills for relating well with others.
• Facilitator Training Workshops (FTW) prepare new SYIS facilitators with the tools needed for leading SYIS workshops through intensive experiential training.
• Facilitating For Life Change Workshops (FFLC) provide ongoing training for SYIS facilitators in the design and facilitation of transformational learning methodologies.
